The Zimmerman Ag Service Story

Inspired by a childhood on the farm in Sumner County, Kansas, Rylan Zimmerman studied Animal Science, Agronomy, and Leadership Studies at Kansas State University. After graduation, he worked in a variety of agronomy roles before taking a position with Doug Hisken selling seed for Pioneer in 2012. Rylan started Zimmerman Ag Service in 2017 at the start of the transition of the Pioneer Dealership from Hisken Ag Supply to Zimmerman Ag Service. In the late summer of 2019, that transition was completed and everything was moved to a new facility for the 2020 growing season that focused on efficiency and customer experience.

Zimmerman Ag Service is an authorized Pioneer representative based in southern Kansas that offers a wide variety of services and products. He sees each grower as a partner and works with them to find the right combination of products and services for their specific needs.
